The Selection Committee of the Rector High
School Sports Hall of Fame is pleased to
announce the 2009 inductees into the Rector
High School Sports Hall of Fame. The
organization has four categories from which
inductees may be selected: (1) Athletes,
(2) Teams, (3) Coaches, (4) Other who have
made significant contributions to Rector,
Greenway, or Clay County Central High School
athletics. In addition, one posthumous award
can be made each year from the four
categories.

The induction ceremony will be a part of the
annual RHSSHOF luncheon at the Rector School
cafeteria at which time individual inductees
will be presented a plaque and an identical
plaque will be placed in the display case in
the RHS gymnasium. There will be one plaque
for the 1992 Baseball Team which will be
placed in the display case.
The luncheon will be at noon on September 5,
2009. Immediately following the luncheon,
the induction ceremony will begin. Tickets
for the luncheon will be available at a
later date.
